Our Team

 Bill and Theresa started Longton Air Company in 2005 and have grown it into a flourishing business serving more than 4,000 customers. They are proud to be part of this community, where their four children graduated as Southlake Dragons, and they love helping their neighbors whenever they can. Theresa is always ready to return your call, and you may even see Bill out in the field handling service calls and taking care of customers. 

Jacey has multiple years of HVAC experience. He joined the team in 2022 and is our lead preventive maintenance technician.

Will is the son of Bill and Theresa and has four years of technical experience. While attending Texas A&M University, he works full time with the company whenever he is home. After graduating in 2028, Will plans to join Longton Air Company full time as a technician. 

Longton Air Company has multiple service trucks ready to help our customers quickly and efficiently. We take pride in maintaining our trucks and equipment so we can provide reliable service and never let you down. 

Jim is one of our veteran team members. He works hard on our install crew and is a good mentor to our newer workers.

Erick is one of the newest members of our team. He joined us in Spring 2025 . His strong work ethic can be seen in his work on our install crew. 

Jacob is our 2026 intern from Texas Tech University. He works under the install crew where he is getting plenty of hands on experience and a strong work ethic. He is a current senior at Texas Tech where he is studying Agricultural Education.
