Our pre-summer service is designed to help keep your HVAC system running smoothly before the Texas heat arrives. During the service, we check refrigerant levels, the compressor, capacitor, fan operations, and emergency drain pans. We also wash the outdoor condenser coils to help your system operate more efficiently.
If you have an air filter available, we will replace it during the visit. Filters may also be purchased for $33 each. Please note that we no longer carry 1-inch filters.
If your drain line is clogged, we can clear it for a discounted pre-summer customer rate of $98.50, compared to the regular price of $145.
Pre-summer service also includes up to 1 pound of refrigerant, either R-22 or R-410A, if needed.
Our pre-winter service includes cleaning the inducer vacuum port and flame sensor, checking blower amp draw, inspecting inducer operation and amp draw, and examining the burners, gas lines, and venting. We also check for carbon monoxide and gas leaks to help ensure your system is running safely and properly.
You can upgrade your pre-winter service to the heat pump service at $79.95 per heat pump unit.
